Dr. Paula L. Ruffin, DC specializes in chiropractic care, and family nutrition & wellness. Dr. Ruffin believes that knowledge is power. Her goal is to educate you about your body, how it works, and how to heal it. Dr. Ruffin believes in working in partnership with her clients on their journey together to maximize health.     Paula Ruffin

    Dr. Ruffin graduated from The University of Michigan in 1988 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. While attending The University of Michigan, she did an internship at their weight management clinic and also at the Domino's Pizza World HQ Corporate Fitness Center. Her primary responsibilities were doing body composition testing, setting up nutrition and exercise programs as well as creating incentive programs and wellness plans for the clients.
